Antica Terra Membership
An overview of the rhythm of Antica Terra membership, from our seasonal allocation offerings to shipping and storage.
How Membership Works
Our wines are formally offered to members three times a year depending on our production. Offerings shift slightly by season: not every wine is produced every vintage, and often new wines emerge while we are at the blending table. Occasionally these discoveries allow us to make additional offerings outside of the usual cadence.
Ordering Process
A week before each offering opens, you’ll receive a Save the Date email. This is a good moment to ensure that your account information is up to date and your shipping details are current.
When the offering opens, you’ll be emailed a private link to your personal allocation, where you may choose the wines and quantities you would like to secure. The window does not stay open long, and wines tend to sell quickly; ordering early gives you the best opportunity to secure your top selections.
Active Membership
To become and remain an active member, we ask that you place an order within two allocation cycles. If that window passes, we’ll pass your place along to the next person waiting in line.
Shipping & Storage
Above all, we want your wine to arrive safely and in perfect condition. We release the wines twice annually, in the Spring and the Fall, shipping only when temperatures across Oregon, your home state, and everywhere between are between 45 and 73˚ Fahrenheit, and we will always confirm timing with you first. An adult 21 or older will need to sign for delivery.
We include complimentary shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more, and local pickup is welcome if you’d prefer to collect it yourself.
If your home cellar is full, we also offer complimentary storage in our own climate-controlled cellar for as long as you need.
Staying Connected
Keeping your email and text preferences current in your account ensures that an offering never slips by. We text rarely, and only when it matters.
Beyond these details, we’re always happy to hear from you. We hope you’ll consider us your resource for pairing ideas, cellar planning, help arranging a visit, or anything else on your mind.
