Chef Exchange Dinner Series

Join us for a series of dinners celebrating combinatorial creativity.

Our Chef, Timothy Wastell, will be partnering up with fellow food luminaries to cook together, first in their kitchen, and later, as the sun comes out to play, in our vineyard.

Winery Dinners

Candles lit, records spinning, glasses full of something inspirational, and ceramics passed, piled with beignets and caviar, oysters and good bread: the building might be a tin can on a residential street with no signage to speak of, and yet...there is real alchemy happening in the barrel room of our winery.
We throw just a few of these incredible dinners a year. One in the dead of winter, to open the jars of all the sunlight Tim put away in the summer. One in May, a study of the most exquisite chardonnay in the world, from bubbles to botrytis. In August, we lift the summer heat with so many bright bottles of riesling. After Harvest, we gather under the racks to peel persimmon for Hoshigaki. To close the year, in December chef pulls all the most glittering things out of the cold sea and we eat them with the oceanic wines that like them best.
