We use the term “reserve” here broadly, as we reserve very little of our own wines and are avid collectors of others. In secret corners of our cellar, we quietly tuck away bottles with labels we regard with wide-eyed respect. Like a compass, these bottlings are guides that steer our work: Coche, Dujac, Raveneau, Selosse, Valentini. Please, just give us a reason to open them! Alongside the ever-changing flight, Antica Terra chef Timothy Wastell creates a thoughtful, delicious, & generous culinary experience. This multi-course meal highlights creativity, abundance, and seasonality above all else.
