In Roman mythology, Abeona is the goddess of outward journeys. Together with Adiona—the goddesses of safe return—these wines embody the spirit of discovery that defines our winemaking philosophy. 

Like stars guiding sailors across uncharted waters as they set out, with direction but no destination, the chardonnay Abeona and pinot noir Adiona emerged on the blending table. From the pitch black of the blending session, the compositions illuminated themselves, shining clear and undeniable before us on the table. 

The labels draw from illustrations of the night sky, sourced from a 17th-century book on celestial navigation. They are a pair of images, taken from a single point on the same night, one facing east, and the other west; a tribute to the perpetual, shimmering tension between discovery and return.
